Sam Hagen- I’m a strength and movement coach with over 15 years of experience, specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness. I help moms build strength, confidence, and lasting wellness through a holistic, biomechanics-based approach. I’m passionate about supporting women through motherhood because I’ve seen how empowering strength can be during this transformative season—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What inspired me to do this work was witnessing how many mothers felt disconnected from their bodies after pregnancy.

I saw a need for safe, supportive, and strength-focused guidance during a time when women are often overlooked. Helping moms reclaim their strength and confidence became more than a career—it became a mission I deeply believe in.

Being a coach and working with pre and postnatal clients, I found Built Well for Birth’s course to be vital and necessary. What Andrew is creating here is completely novel and unique to the field with this system. After completing the course and becoming a Master Coach I feel more confident in how to program for each trimester while keeping it safe and fun.
