My name is Taylor! I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and have been working as a personal trainer since graduating from college with my MS in Exercise Science.

I love helping people to feel more confident, strong, and empowered through training. The pre and postnatal population was always of great interest to me, as I think they deserve to feel their best as they enter a very important and special chapter of life.

Strength training has helped me to discover a new version of myself, and has propelled me into the sport of powerlifting. I have discovered in my own life the value of exercising, moving well, and feeling strong and my goal is to share that with as many people as I can!

I believe that pre and postnatal women deserve a space to feel strong, confident, and powerful. There is definitely a need for more of this coaching and I am so excited that I will be able to provide training services to this population!

The Built Well for Birth Certification was truly so eye opening. It’s wonderful to see an underserved population be put into the spotlight through this certification. I found much of the material to be greatly helpful in training all populations!
