My name is Minh and I am a personal trainer and and movement specialist.I became a personal trainer because I enjoy guiding others in their fitness journey and helping them receive all the tremendous benefits and lessons from training, not just in their physical well being but in all facets of life.

Everyone is unique and at different points in their fitness journey and it is important to me to meet them where they are at. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds in the gym and also worked at a physical therapy clinic as a medical fitness coach, helping to bridge the gap between rehab and strength training.

I truly value community and nurturing a family-like atmosphere. I believe creating a strong community creates long lasting change in people's health, helping them to grow in all facets of life. I love being immersed in nature, playing basketball, listening to live music, and trying different foods.

Most of my clients are all women and I have trained many women who were several months post partum and wanted to get back into shape after pregnancy. I have also worked with two moms while they were pregnant during their 2nd/3rd trimester. I found it so fulfilling to guide a woman through such a special and unique moment of her life, to make her feel strong and empowered before and after she gives birth.

I also have a sister who had an emergency c-section 5 years ago and still deals with complications to this day. This is becoming more and more common and I think it is a community that deserves more support, guidance, and care. In doing so, building healthy mothers will build healthy families and healthy communities as a result.

Built Well for Birth has helped me feel much more confident working with pregnant mothers, not only with training them in the gym through all 3 trimesters and beyond but also providing them breathing and movement cues during labor itself. It is extremely rewarding to be able to help a mother through such an important stage of her life and provide as natural as a delivery as possible.
